Our products are intentionally cut a little wider to offer you a modern and comfortable fit. To help you find the right size, we provide a detailed size chart on each product page. If you're unsure, we recommend consulting the chart or contacting our support team directly.

How does a return process work?
Should you not be satisfied with your order, a return is easily possible.
Simply send us a short message to our support team – we'll take care of it.
Your return will usually be processed within 2-3 working days after we receive your email , and you will then receive all the information about the further process.

What to do in case of production errors?
Quality is our top priority. However, should a production defect occur, please contact our support team directly. Ideally, send us a photo of the affected product. Together, we will find a quick and customer-friendly solution – be it an exchange, a credit note, or a refund.

Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are crafted with meticulous attention to detail. They are manufactured in Turkey , a region renowned for its long tradition of textile production. The products then undergo final finishing in Bavaria before being shipped to you. In this way, we combine international craftsmanship with regional finishing.
